How to Submit an IT Ticket from the IT Help Center

If you’re facing any IT-related issue or need assistance from our IT support team, you can easily raise a ticket through the IT Help Center. Follow the steps below to submit your request and get quick support from our team.


🔹 Steps to Submit a Ticket

  1. Visit the IT Help Center
    Go to the IT Help Center

  2. Select the Relevant Category
    Choose the appropriate category based on your request type:

    • Common Requests – For general IT assistance, such as:

      • Access request for new employees

      • Desktop/Laptop support

      • New hardware requests

    • Servers and Infrastructure – For server-related support, such as:

      • Web server issues or access requests

  3. Fill in the Required Details
    Provide complete information about your issue or request to help our team respond efficiently.

  4. Click “Send”
    Once all fields are filled, click the Send button at the bottom of the form to submit your ticket.


🔹 After Submission

  • You’ll see an on-screen confirmation message with your Ticket ID once your request is created.

  • The IT support team will reach out to you via email with updates and resolutions.


🔹 Track Your Ticket

You can check your ticket status anytime by:

  • Logging in to the 
    IT Help Center
     , clicking your profile icon (top right corner), and selecting “Requests” to view:
    • Ticket Status (Open, In Progress, Closed

    OR

  • Clicking “View Request” in in your ticket confirmation email to directly open and track your request.


🔹 If You Don’t Receive an Acknowledgement Email

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address while submitting the ticket.

  • If you still don’t receive confirmation, please contact us directly at itsupport@ebizondigital.com
