Select the Relevant Category
Choose the appropriate category based on your request type:
Common Requests – For general IT assistance, such as:
Access request for new employees
Desktop/Laptop support
New hardware requests
Servers and Infrastructure – For server-related support, such as:
Web server issues or access requests
Fill in the Required Details
Provide complete information about your issue or request to help our team respond efficiently.
Click “Send”
Once all fields are filled, click the Send button at the bottom of the form to submit your ticket.
You’ll see an on-screen confirmation message with your Ticket ID once your request is created.
The IT support team will reach out to you via email with updates and resolutions.
You can check your ticket status anytime by:
Ticket Status (Open, In Progress, Closed
OR
Clicking “View Request” in in your ticket confirmation email to directly open and track your request.
Check your Spam/Junk folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address while submitting the ticket.
